Court Judgment against

Ground Control Systems Inc. case No. 2007sc3 005757

DC Superior Court Small Claims Civil Branch

Our Motor Home was equipped with a internet Satellite system, the Internet Service Provider for this system was Ground Control Systems Inc. In June of 2007 Ground Control Informed us that our equipment was no longer being supported by Hughes, the company they were getting the satellite signal from to sell to us.  They stated that the solution to this problem would be for them to put another system on our  motor home, which they did, well the system did not work and the nightmare began.  We went back and forth with Ground Control attempting to get them to do the right thing and correct the problem, which they never did. Finally when it was obvious that they would do nothing to correct this problem we had no choice but to take them to court.  On February 4, 2008 we received a court Judgment from the DC Superior Small Claims court in Washington DC in the amount of $5,000.00. Although Ground Control and it's Board of Directors and President are aware of this Judgment they have intentionally avoided payment of this Judgment. We have been in constant contact with the Board members,  BRANSEN JENKINS Mark Wright, Kurt Wright and JOHN BERGQUIST.  This company  claims on their website to have contracts with the US Department of Defense and other Government agencies. Wonder how such a company can deal with our government or does the government care, Internet Satellite seems to be a part of our security in the US.  It is our opinion that a company who ignores a court order should not be allowed to sell services and goods to our government. As of  August 15,  2008 Ground Control has made no attempt to pay or even communicate with us this Judgment.
