Mike is one of the most concerned mechanics we have every met. Recently our staff purchased a new motor home, Mike was assigned to the task of getting this vehicle ready for delivery. Mike was introduced to us upon pulling the vehicle into the shop, from start to finish Mike made sure every issue was addressed and taken care of. Mike made sure everything was operational and ready to go, he spoke with us in a very professional manner making sure we understood ever inch of the motor home. Certain installations were made to the vehicle by Mike in a very professional manner. This guy really knew what he was doing and did it  like he was buying the motor home himself. This Letter was sent in by Luther and Carolyn Buford of Kansas City Missouri, They write: My wife and I have purchased two RV's for Coachlight RV in Carthage, MO. Our reason for buying the first FV was, they carried the brand of unit we were interested in buying. During our walk-through of the unit we were pleasantly surprised with the knowledge of the Service Technician. He was very informative and patient with us. We also found him to be a very competent technician when we had to bring our RV back  for service. 

We bought our second RV there for two different reasons, first because of the exellent service department and secondly because of our salesman.  We wholehartedly recommend their service department, specifically Jim and their Sales Department.

July 9,2008 Service at Empire Cat

Our motorhome was overheating on a recent trip from Las Vegas to the east coast.  We did not get very far before we decided we needed to stop and have this problem taken care of . We called Empire Cat in Kingman AZ to see if they could take care of this for us, they stated they were quite busy but could take of us the next morning. We took the RV in where we met Mr. Dennis Ansbro, he stated he would have the RV looked at in the morning at 7:00 am which he did.  He told us that in the meantime we were invited to stay on their lot for the night and hook up to their electric which was 110, a great jester which we chose not to do as it was it was extremely hot and we needed more power to run the air conditioner, we went to a nearby RV park. In the morning we were there a 7 am and so was Dennis, he got someone to look at the motorhome right away and this guy was great also, he diagnosed the problem and repaired it in a matter of 2 hours. The price was very fair and reasonable and we were soon on our way.  We would highly recommend Dennis and this shop to anyone needing service on their Caterpillar engine.
